Information on the processing of personal data

The data are collected to provide a service, for the execution of a contract, to respond to a request or as a result of a spontaneous contribution of the user. The conferment is optional. Failure to provide it will prevent or limit the provision of the service or the execution of the contract with the person concerned. Personal data will also be used for the following purposes:

These data are collected for statistical purposes, to control the proper functioning of services, for security reasons and to comply with current regulations. 4. Conservation
Personal data are stored for an unlimited period of time, at the discretion of the Data Controller. Where applicable, they are kept for the minimum period required by law. Access tracks are kept for 6 months.

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned location and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance services. The data reside on servers located in the Italian national territory.
6. Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to his/her personal data, rectification, cancellation, restriction of processing or opposition to processing, and data portability. These requests will be followed up to the extent that they do not conflict with the legislation.
